1. 本政策概述

📌 重點摘要：本應用程式不設立後端伺服器收集您的個人資料。所有您輸入的個人識別資訊均儲存於您的裝置本機，我們的團隊無法讀取、存取或匯出這些資料。

本隱私權政策（以下稱「本政策」）說明 磬石數位媒體有限公司（以下稱「我們」）如何處理您在使用「AIS 近岸安全追蹤」iOS 應用程式（以下稱「本應用程式」）時所產生或提供的相關資訊。

本應用程式係為近岸水域遊憩者（獨木舟、立式划槳板 SUP、浮潛、小帆船等）設計之安全輔助工具，主要功能包含：

  • 即時顯示周邊 AIS 船隻位置與警示
  • GPS 軌跡記錄與歷史回放
  • 潮汐與九分法流速顯示
  • 緊急求救（SOS）位置分享
  • Apple Watch 震動警示同步

使用本應用程式，即表示您同意本政策所述條款。若您不同意本政策，請停止使用本應用程式。

2. 我們收集哪些資料

  • 帳號或密碼
  • 電子郵件地址
  • 聯絡人清單
  • 相機或麥克風資料
  • 崩潰日誌或診斷資料（未整合任何分析或崩潰回報 SDK）
  • 廣告追蹤資料

3. 資料儲存方式與位置

3.1 本機儲存（主要）

本應用程式所有使用者資料僅儲存於您的裝置本機，透過以下機制管理：

iOS Keychain 身分證字號 iOS 系統級加密，即使裝置遭竊取也難以解密；應用程式解除安裝後自動清除

💡 注意：GPS 軌跡資料會累積佔用儲存空間。每筆軌跡點約佔 50 bytes，長途行程（8 小時 × 每 60 秒 1 點 = 480 筆）約佔 24 KB。如需清理，請在「歷史行程」頁面刪除舊軌跡。

3.2 資料不會傳送至我們的伺服器

我們未架設任何後端伺服器接收您的個人資料。我們的應用程式架構為完全本機端運作（Local-first），您的個人識別資訊不會離開您的裝置。

3.3 資料保留期限

所有本機資料的保留與刪除完全由您控制：

  • 設定資料：保留至您主動清除或解除安裝應用程式
  • GPS 軌跡歷史：保留至您在應用程式內手動刪除
  • 身分證字號（Keychain）：解除安裝應用程式時自動清除

4. 資料如何使用

您的資料僅用於以下本應用程式功能目的，不作任何商業分析、廣告投放或第三方分享：

5. 第三方服務

⚠️ 本應用程式連接以下第三方服務時，您的裝置 IP 位址會被該服務記錄。以下非我們所控制，請參閱各服務之隱私政策。

5.1 aisstream.io 特別說明

aisstream.io 的 API 金鑰由您自行在 aisstream.io 免費申請，並儲存於您的裝置本機。我們不持有、不代管您的 API 金鑰。aisstream.io 可能依其服務條款記錄連線日誌，請參閱 aisstream.io 隱私政策。

5.2 地圖圖磚說明

地圖圖磚由 OpenSeaMap 與 OpenStreetMap 提供，圖磚請求包含您當前地圖可視範圍的座標，但不包含您的精確 GPS 位置。圖磚請求採用標準 HTTP 協定，不傳送任何個人識別資訊。

6. 裝置權限申請

本應用程式依功能需要申請以下裝置權限：

Notifications		 必要 船隻接近警示通知（搭配震動）。本應用程式申請「通知、音效、徽章」三項，不申請「緊急通知（Critical Alert）」。
震動（Haptics） 必要 口袋模式震動警示（依危險等級不同震動模式）。iOS 系統功能，無需額外授權。
Apple Watch 通訊
WatchConnectivity		 選用 將船隻警示資訊同步至 Apple Watch（等級、距離、方位、船速）。未佩戴 Apple Watch 時此功能自動停用。

💡 您可隨時至「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 定位服務 → AIS 近岸安全追蹤」調整或撤銷位置授權。撤銷後，距離計算與 GPS 軌跡功能將無法使用，但 AIS 船隻顯示功能仍可正常運作。

7. 兒童隱私

本應用程式不以 13 歲以下兒童為目標使用者，且設計用途為水域遊憩安全輔助，建議由具備水域活動能力之成年人使用。

我們不刻意收集任何兒童的個人資訊。由於所有個人資料均儲存於裝置本機且由使用者自行輸入，家長或監護人應監督未成年人使用本應用程式及其個人資料填寫。

8. 您的資料權利

由於本應用程式採本機儲存架構，您對自身資料擁有完全控制權：

刪除全部資料 解除安裝應用程式即刪除所有 UserDefaults 資料；身分證字號（Keychain）亦隨之清除
匯出資料 GPS 軌跡可透過「匯出 GPX」功能匯出標準格式檔案，可匯入任何支援 GPX 的應用程式

如您認為個人資料受到不當處理，有權向相關主管機關（個人資料保護委員會或消費者保護機構）提出申訴。

9. 資料安全措施

我們採取以下技術措施保護您的個人資料：

  • iOS Keychain 加密：身分證字號使用 iOS Keychain 儲存，採用 AES-256 加密，受 iOS 安全機制保護
  • 沙盒隔離：所有本機資料受 iOS 應用程式沙盒保護，其他應用程式無法存取
  • 無後端傳輸：個人識別資訊不傳送至任何我們控制的遠端伺服器，消除網路傳輸中的資料外洩風險
  • URL 安全：身分證字號不作為 URL 查詢參數傳送，防止出現於瀏覽器歷史紀錄或伺服器存取日誌
  • 最小化原則：本應用程式僅請求功能所需的最低限度裝置權限

⚠️ 您的責任：本應用程式的安全性有賴您妥善保管裝置。若您的 iPhone 遭他人取得且未設定螢幕鎖定，他人可能存取應用程式內的設定資料。建議您啟用 Face ID / Touch ID 或裝置密碼。

10. 政策變更

我們可能因法規要求、功能更新或其他原因修訂本政策。修訂時，我們將：

  • 更新本頁面頂部的「最後更新日期」
  • 於應用程式版本更新說明中告知重大變更
  • 若涉及個人資料處理方式的重大變更，將透過應用程式內通知提醒您

1. Overview

📌 Key summary: This app does not operate any backend server that collects your personal data. All personally identifiable information you enter is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to, and cannot retrieve, your personal data.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how CHimestone Media CO., LTD ("we," "us," or "our") handles information generated or provided by you while using the "AIS Inshore Safety Tracker" iOS application ("the App").

The App is a maritime safety tool designed for nearshore recreational water users (kayakers, stand-up paddleboarders, snorkelers, and small sailboat operators). Core features include:

  • Real-time display of nearby AIS (Automatic Identification System) vessel positions and alerts
  • GPS track recording and historical playback
  • Tidal current display
  • Emergency SOS location sharing
  • Apple Watch haptic alert synchronization

By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Information We Collect

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

The following data is not collected, stored, or transmitted to any server we control:

  • Device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, etc.)
  • Account credentials or passwords
  • Email addresses
  • Contact lists
  • Camera or microphone data
  • Crash logs or diagnostic data (no analytics or crash reporting SDK is integrated)
  • Advertising or tracking data

3. Data Storage

3.1 Local Storage (Primary)

All user data is stored exclusively on your device via:

3.2 No Server-Side Storage

We operate no backend server that receives your personal data. The App is local-first by design; no personally identifiable information ever leaves your device to a server under our control.

3.3 Data Retention

  • Settings data: retained until you clear it or uninstall the App
  • GPS track history: retained until you manually delete records in-app
  • National ID (Keychain): automatically purged upon app uninstall

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following in-app purposes and is never used for commercial analytics, advertising, or third-party sharing:

5. Third-Party Services

⚠️ When the App connects to the following third-party services, your device's IP address is visible to those services. These services are not controlled by us — please review their respective privacy policies.

6. Device Permissions

💡 You can modify or revoke location permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → AIS Inshore Safety Tracker. Revoking location permission disables distance calculation and GPS tracking but does not affect AIS vessel display.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. It is a safety tool intended for adults with water sports experience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is locally entered by the user, parents or guardians should supervise minors who use the App.

8. Your Rights

Because the App uses a local-first architecture, you maintain full control over your data:

9. Security

  • Keychain Encryption: National ID is stored using iOS Keychain with AES-256 encryption
  • Sandbox Isolation: All local data is protected by the iOS App Sandbox
  • No Network Transmission: Personal identifiers are never transmitted to any server we operate
  • URL Safety: National ID is never included in URL query parameters, preventing exposure in browser history or server logs
  • Minimal Permissions: We request only the permissions necessary for core functionality

⚠️ Your responsibility: The App's security depends on your device security. We recommend enabling Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode to prevent unauthorized physical access to your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect legal requirements, feature changes, or other reasons. When we do, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Note material changes in the App's version release notes
  • For significant changes to how we handle personal data, notify you via an in-app notification

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
